Terms & Conditions — Digital Training Course (UK)
1. About Our Digital Services
We provide online training courses and digital learning content (“Digital Content”). These products are delivered electronically and do not involve physical goods.
2. No-Refund Policy for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access to the course has been granted.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital course and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once course access begins.
This complies with UK law governing digital content supplied online, where cancellation rights are waived after access starts .
3. Statutory Rights — Faulty or Mis-Described Content
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If the digital content is reported within 14 days of purchase to be:
Technically defective
Or we did not have the right to supply it
You may be entitled to:
Repair or replacement, or
A price reduction or full refund, where appropriate
Refunds for faulty digital content must be issued without undue delay and within 14 days once agreed .
4. Limited Refund Exceptions
We may offer refunds only in the following circumstances:
Verified technical failure that prevents access and cannot be resolved
Duplicate or incorrect billing
Where required by UK consumer law
Refund requests based solely on dissatisfaction or lack of use will not be approved.
5. Course Access & Licensing
Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content.
We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse, account sharing, or breach of terms occurs.
